Cancellation Policy
Massage: For no-shows, the client will be charged 50% of the booking appointment's full cost if the Massage Therapist was not informed 48 hours before the appointment. Please review the following guidelines for all services: No-Shows: If a client does not attend a scheduled session, a recorded reading, analysis, or written report will be emailed. For distance Reiki attunements, clients who do not attend within the first 10 minutes will still receive the service remotely without needing to be present. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to a virtual reading or Reiki session will not be admitted and will instead receive an emailed analysis. Massage Appointments: Clients must arrive on time. If more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on practitioner availability. Rescheduling: Please notify us at least one hour in advance (preferably 24 hours) if you need to postpone or reschedule any appointment. Refund Policy: There are no refunds. All clients will receive a service, whether or not they are present for the live session.
