Cancellation Policy

Massage: All deposits are non-refundable. For no-shows, the client will be charged 50% of the booking appointment's full cost if the Massage Therapist was not informed 48 hours before the appointment. Readings, Reiki, and Virtual Appointments: For no-shows, the reading, analysis, or report will be recorded and sent by email. For all no-shows (within the first ten minutes of the session) for distant reiki attunements, clients will receive the service without needing to be present during the appointment. If a client tries to login 10 minutes after the service time has begun they will not be admitted into the session and will instead receive an analysis. For all coaching sessions client must arrive on time or else the appointment will be rescheduled. Please let me know ahead of time if you must postpone, or reschedule an appointment at least an hour in advance (preferably a day in advance). There are no refunds as individuals will still receive a service whether they are present or not.
